Meditation Music with Specific Vibrations

What are the seven healing frequencies for the body?

963 Hz Frequency
This frequency offers the feeling of being ‘one’ with your mind, body, and soul. This frequency will guide you if you’re ever feeling disconnected from the world.

852 Hz Frequency
This frequency uses the balancing Third Eye Chakra and will open you up for spiritual and physical communication.

741 Hz Frequency
This frequency will make you feel at one with yourself again. Boost your intuition and trust your gut feeling by using the 741 Hz frequency.

639 Hz Frequency
Focusing on building relationships and interaction between loved ones, this is an important frequency to tune into when you feel misunderstood. If you feel like you need to enhance communication and tolerance within your family or friendship group, you may need the help of the 639 Hz frequency.

528 Hz Frequency
Love tone, miracle tone, and frequency of transformation are all names for this frequency. Being exposed to 528 Hz sound waves for a long period of time has been scientifically proven to reduce anxiety and stress and create a more harmonious state of being. It is the ultimate healing frequency and what makes it so special is the power it has to connect our spirit with our hearts and the divine.

417 Hz Frequency
Helps you welcome positive thoughts and balance the Sacral Chakra.

396 Hz Frequency
It has been said to help turn the feeling of guilt into joy. Ridding yourself of guilty feelings is cleansing and focuses you on your main goals and achievements in life.

Very Low Frequencies - to heal the deepest layers of your being.

Music to heal

ALL 9 Solfeggio Frequencies

while you sleep.

higher frequency for spirit healing
lower frequency for cellular healing and DNA repair

Gregorian Chant has been used since the 11th century and used the original 6 Solfeggio frequencies. (396, 417, 528, 639, 741, and 852). The human voice adds another element not found in just musical instruments that seems to aid in healing. Here is a sample of Gregorian Chant. You tell us what you think about how they make you feel inside on an emotional level.

Note the difference with a higher voice of the females but also the higher tone of the background chant.

True Binaural Beats

True Binaural beats use the fact that you can hear two different sounds, one in each ear, and your brain can accept them separately. However, it also combines them into a third sound, a combination of the sound waves that produces a third sound much like the waves of the ocean combine to make a bigger or smaller wave in the deep ocean. In doing this, the brain learns to focus more and accept the input information as truthful as well as make the connection within to create a new vibration wave. In order to do this, you must use headphones so that you can hear separate wave lengths in each ear. The vibrations are subtly different so you may not consciously recognize that it is happening. But you will reap the benefits. This sample takes a 7 minute tone at 263Hz and follows it with another 7 minute tone at a different theta frequency. These should spark your creativity. Then it drops the tone to a low 144 Hz to bring more energy at a gamma frequency. The loop repeats after 15 minutes at that frequency. You can listen to them repeatedly or just end after any of the 30 minute cycles. It is always best to end after the lower cycle. As always, try it and see what it does for you.

This Binaural Beat is synthesized to be the Golden Ratio. Read the comments to the video and the description to learn more about why you want to listen to this one.

In 1997, Elizabeth Miles wrote a book called Tune Your Brain. It was a journey to explore the 7 emotions of the human spirit. The music here is the music from the CD that accompanied that book. The musical journey is so powerful that one hour straight through will relax you, cleanse your emotional spirit, and rejuvenate your soul. Classical music spans centuries and it has the ability to cleanse, heal, energize, uplift, and promote focus and creativity. There is only one rule with this adventure. DO NOT STOP RIGHT AFTER THE CLEANSE SECTION (Holst - The Planets - Mars). It will leave you negatively energized all day (in an angry mood). You must always follow that section with the healing section (at least one song).

Click the Spotify Play button to hear a sample of each section. If you have a Spotify account you can hear it in its entirety. Just enter "Tune Your Brain Elizabeth Miles" (There are several other versions with different artists and music. This one is the emotional journey)

Meditations and Guidance

There is nothing from Sadhguru that does not inspire and make life seem so easy. Start with these and then let yourself continue to listen to anything he posts. You won't regret it!

(This one makes me laugh)

The Psychologists from Johns Hopkins have put together a playlist on Spotify that helps the emotional journey that goes with Psilocybin to emotionally cleanse the soul. If you have a Spotify account, then click this link and log in. It is over 6 hours and you don't have to listen to it all. Some pieces are classical, some from movie scores, some are cultural beats. Music, just like the vibrations above, has the ability to bring about emotions. You will have emotions listening to this but do NOT end on an angry emotion. If you feel uplifted, relaxed, at peace, then you can end your listening experience.

Joe Dispensa has a plethora of videos about thinking clearly, living in the present, connecting to your body and mind. He does a lot of guided meditations (some of which are here) and they are all about being positive and how that makes your body respond positive when it comes to healing, thinking, believing, and succeeding. Just open your mind and take it in. You will be better in the end.

David Mehler is the creator of Man On Fire which helps men reclaim their ability to take charge and be productive in life, to achieve their potential, build better relationships through building a better self, which is where it all starts. Inspiring, motivating, and simple, David has a podcast, facebook group, and more. There is no excuse not to listen and participate.

Dr. Wayne Dyer was a psychology professor and best-selling author on self improvement. He then shifted to spirituality and started to involve healing frequecies in his motivational lectures and meidtations. This is a good combination of those.
